不同生长环境下茯苓总三萜和水溶性总多糖含量比较 被引量:14

Content of Total Triterpenes and Water-soluble Polysaccharides in Poria cocos in Different Growth Environments:A Comparative Analysis

摘要 目的 比较大别山区金寨县野生、椴木栽培和仿野生栽培3种不同生长环境下茯苓化学成分的差异。方法 利用紫外分光光度法分别测定3种生长环境下的茯苓总三萜和水溶性总多糖的含量。结果 不同生长环境下茯苓水溶性总多糖含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),野生和仿野生栽培茯苓的水溶性总多糖含量显著高于椴木栽培(P<0.05)。野生和仿野生栽培茯苓中总三萜含量均高于椴木栽培,但3种生长环境下茯苓总三萜含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 与椴木栽培茯苓比较,仿野生栽培茯苓质量更接近野生茯苓。 Objective To compare the chemical components of wild Poria cocos , Poria cocos grown by basswood cultivation, and wild-simulated cultivated Poria cocos in Jinzhai County in the Dabie Mountain, China. Methods Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to measure the content of total triterpenes and water-soluble polysaccharides in Poria cocos under three growth conditions. Results There was a significant difference in the content of water-soluble polysaccharides between Poria cocos grown under different conditions (P<0.05), and wild Poria cocos and wild-simulated cultivated Poria cocos had significantly higher content of water-soluble polysaccharides than Poria cocos grown by basswood cultivation (P< 0.05 ). Wild Poria cocos and wild-simulated cultivated Poria cocos had higher content of total triterpenoids than Poria cocos grown by basswood cultivation, but there was no significant difference in the content of total triterpenoids between Poria cocos grown under the three conditions (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with Poria cocos grown by basswood cultivation, wild-simulated cultivated Poria cocos has similar quality to wild Poria cocos .
