留守儿童心理弹性与心理健康的关系研究

Relationship between resilience and mental health of left behind children

本文运用心理健康表(MMHI)、社会支持表(SSRS)、自评生活表(ASLEC)、心理韧性表(HKRA)展开对324名农村留守儿童的调查,用于研究心理健康、社会支持、生活事件以及心理弹性的关系,从结果可以得知心理健康与心理弹性、社会支持与生活事件两两相关。在心理健康调节和生活事件调节中心理弹性发挥着重要的作用,能够有效减少不利事件带给人们的消极影响。在心理健康和社会支持方面,心理弹性有着重要的作用,可以被用于支持保护作用,也就是说心理弹性能够减少对社会支持的依赖。

this paper tables ( MMHI) and social support of mental health ( SSRS),self-reported life table ( ASLEC),mental toughness table ( HKRA) survey of 324 rural left-behind children,used to study the mental health,social support,life events,and the relationship between the psychological elastic from the results that the mental health and mental flexibility,two related social support and life events.Mental resilience plays an important role in the adjustment of mental health and life events and can effectively reduce the negative impact of adverse events on people.In terms of mental health and social support,mental resilience plays an important role,which can be used to support and protect.In other words,mental resilience can reduce the dependence on social support.
