摘要
锦棉交织物采用酸性/活性轧染短流程染色,筛选了染色用酸性染料和活性染料,确定了染料配比;讨论了元明粉用量、纯碱浓度、碱蒸时间、冰醋酸浓度、酸蒸时间等因素对酸性/活性一浴两步法轧染锦棉交织物后对织物表观色深的影响;采用释酸剂进一步探讨了锦棉交织物的酸性/活性轧染一浴一步法染色工艺;比较了两浴两步法、一浴两步法和一浴一步法染色后锦棉交织物的染色性能。试验发现,三种染色工艺处理织物的KZS值相差不大,且耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均在4~5级。
In this paper,shortened dyeing process of polyamide/cotton mixture with acid dyes/reactive dyes by pad method is studied.The appropriate acid dyes and reactive dyes are selected.The ratio of acid dyes to reactive dyes is determined.The effects of sodium sulfate and sodium carbonate concentrations,glacial acetic acid concentration,steaming time after padded basic or acidic solutions on the apparent color depth of polyamide/cotton mixture fabrics by one-bath-two-step process are discussed.Onebath-one-step dyeing of polyamide-cotton fabric is discussed assisted with acid releasers.The dyeing properties of polyamide/cotton mixture are compared with one-bath-one-step process,one-bath-two-step process and two-bath-two-step process.It is found that the mixture with above three processes has the similar K/S values,and color fastnesses to soaping and rubbing are above Grade 4~5.
