摘要
本文系统地综述了近年来国内外艾滋病分子流行病学研究和实践方面的进展,主要从三个方面阐述了全球和中国HIV-1基因亚型和新型重组型病毒演变的现状、特点和趋势,以及正在发展的可助力于精准干预艾滋病流行的分子传播网络的最新研究进展,包括全球HIV-1亚型多样性和分布地域性、我国HIV-1亚型此消彼长、新型重组病毒频繁发生和HIV分子传播网络研究进入实践阶段。本文明确指出了HIV-1亚型和重组病毒多样性是阻碍遏制HIV流行的关键因素,并强调了基于分子簇的精准干预在助力控制艾滋病流行中的重要意义。本文将为从事艾滋病防治事业的公共卫生专业人员、医生以及实验室工作人员提供较新的信息,供读者进一步学习和参考。
This article reviews the progress in global HIV-1 molecular epidemiology research and practice in recent years.The current diversity,characteristics and trends of the evolution of HIV-1 subtypes,as well as the emerging recombinant viruses in the world and China are described.The novel national strategy of molecular transmission network that can help to accurately intervene the AIDS epidemics is emphasized.This article will provides relatively new literatures for public health professionals,medical doctors and laboratory workers engaged in AIDS prevention and control.A large number of literatures and conference news cited in this article can be used for further reference by readers.
