摘要
透光混凝土是一种新型复合材料,具有一定的材料结构性能和低碳环保与艺术装饰等功能。以透光混凝土的基本原理为研究基础,分析其在国内外研制与试验及工程应用等发展动态。从光纤布设、树脂置入、导光材料选择、设备研发等方面阐述了透光混凝土制作方法;探索了光纤或树脂材料与水泥基材在光学性能、物理力学及耐久性、内部微观结构等方面的相互作用与影响;简述了透光混凝土的工程应用,并指出其未来的研究方向和展望了其发展前景。
Light-transmitting concrete is a new type of composite material,which has certain material structure properties,low carbon environmental protection and artistic decoration and other functions. Based on the basic principle of light-transmitting concrete,its development of domestic and foreign research and test and engineering applications are analyzed. First,the methods for producing a light-transmitting concrete are described from the aspects of fiber placement,placement of resin,selection of lightguiding materials,and equipment research and development;Secondly,the interactions and effects of optical fibers or resin materials with cement substrates in terms of optical properties,physico-mechanics and durability,and internal microstructures were explored;Finally,the engineering application of light-transmitting concrete is briefly described,and its future research direction and its development prospects are pointed out.
