网络的网络视角下新能源汽车产业链创新系统协同评价——基于复合系统协调度和脆弱性的整合分析 被引量:16

摘要 为有效评价新能源汽车产业链创新系统协同效果,借助复杂网络的“网络的网络”模型构建新能源汽车产业“链式”创新网络.在此基础上,运用复合系统协调度模型评价新能源汽车产业链创新系统协调度,并基于拓扑结构和功能双重视角剖析新能源汽车产业链创新系统脆弱性,据此判别(相连边)脆弱点对协同存续运行的影响.基于我国新能源汽车产业联合发明专利数据开展实证研究,结果表明:新能源汽车产业链创新系统(上游、中游和下游子网络系统间)整体协同效果不佳(复合系统协调度均值为-0099811268);考虑联结上游、中游和下游各环节相依边的复合系统协调度高于传统复合系统协调度,表明相依边有利于降低系统的整体无序性;中游子网络有序度呈“随机非均衡”状态,其协调与否对整体网络协同影响较大;产业链创新系统(拓扑结构和功能)脆弱性较低,相依边不容易引发系统崩溃. In order to effectively evaluate the synergetic effect of innovation system in new energy automobile industry chain,this paper constructs a new energy automobile industry "chain" innovation network model by means of the "network of networks"(NON) of complex network.On this basis,it uses coordination degree of composite system(CDOCS) to evaluate the coordination degree of innovation system of the new energy automobile industry chain.Meanwhile,it analyzes the vulnerability of innovation system of new energy automobile industry chain from the perspective of both topology and function.Then,it identifies the impact of vulnerability points (connected edges) on cooperative operation.Based on the data of joint invention patents of new energy automobile industry in China,the empirical study shows that the overall synergistic effect of innovation system of new energy automobile industry chain (upper,middle and lower sub-network system) is not good (the average coordination degree of composite system is-0.099811268);the dependence of linking up the upper,middle and lower links is considered;the coordination degree of the edge composite system is higher than that of the traditional composite system,which indicates that the dependent edge is helpful to reduce the overall disorder of the system;the orderliness of the mid-stream sub-network is "stochastic non-equilibrium",and its coordination has a greater impact on the overall network coordination;the vulnerability of industrial chain innovation system (topological structure and function) is low,and the dependence side is not easy to cause system collapse.
