摘要
本文通过分析氢氟酸冷浸—铝量法测定岩石中蓝晶石的方法的数学模型,分析了不确定度的来源并对各分量所引入的标准不确定度和相对标准不确定度进行识别和评定,求得测量结果的标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,对氢氟酸冷浸--铝量法测定岩石中蓝晶石这一方法的不确定度进行了准确评价。
This paper analyzes the mathematical model of the method of measuring kyanite in rocks by hydrofluoric acid cold dip-aluminum quantity method,analyzes the sources of uncertainty,identifies and evaluates the standard uncertainty and relative standard uncertainty introduced by each component,obtains the standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of measurement results,and accurately evaluates the uncertainty of the method of measuring kyanite in rocks by hydrofluoric acid cold dip-aluminum quantity method.
