摘要
采用元素分析仪对标准物质(胱氨酸)及实验样品(减压蜡油)测定为例,评估测定结果的不确定度,明确了仪器测量重复性,标准物质,微量天平称量和实验样品不均匀性等对测试结果有重要影响的分量。石油产品及润滑剂中碳、氢、氮元素含量测定的不确定度评定对进一步优化测试方法,提高测定数据的准确性有重要指导意义。
It takes the measure of element analyzer for standard substance(cystine)and test samples(vacuum gas oil)as an example,evaluates the uncertainty of the measurement results,and clarifies the components that have important influence on the test results,such as instrument measurement repeatability,standard materials,microbalance weighing and experimental sample inhomogeneity.The uncertainty evaluation of instrumental determination of carbon,hydrogen,and nitrogen in petroleum products and lubricants,which has important guiding significance to further optimize the test method and improve the accuracy of the measured data.
