早产母婴分离产妇产后护理新模式的应用

目的探究母婴分离产妇产后护理新模式的应用。方法选择我院这一年来收治的380例早产产妇作为研究对象,母婴分离过程中对于产妇的护理给与常规护理模式的为对照组,给与新模式护理的为观察组,探究护理新模式的应用效果。结果观察组的护理满意度明显比对照组高,P<0.05;观察组产妇经过新模式护理后心理状态得到有效改善,P<0.05。结论针对早产母婴分离后的产妇,临床给与新模式护理方案进行护理,提高了产妇对于健康知识的认识,产妇对于护理满意度显著提高,护理效果良好,临床上推荐应用。

Objective To explore the application of a new model of maternal and child separation maternal postpartum care. Methods Three hundred and eighty cases of premature laborers admitted to our hospital in the past year were selected as the research object. In the process of maternal and child separation, the nursing care for the maternal and the routine nursing mode was the control group, and the new model nursing was given to the observation group to explore the new nursing The application effect of the mode. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. The psychological state of the observation group was effectively improved after the new model nursing, P<0.05. Conclusion For the mothers after the mother-infant separation, the new model nursing program is used for clinical nursing, which improves the maternal understanding of health knowledge. The maternal satisfaction of nursing is significantly improved, the nursing effect is good, and the clinical recommendation is applied.
