近些年,由于国内经济发展方式的转换,经济由高速发展向匀速发展过度,市场竞争也更加激烈,这对企业管理也提出了更高的要求,在这种经济新常态背景下,为应对市场竞争,企业管理模式亟需创新。笔者从实践出发,阐述了当前国内企业管理模式现状,然后提出应对措施。

In recent years,due to the transformation of domestic economic development mode,the economy has developed from high speed to uniform speed,and the market competition has become more intense,which also puts forward higher requirements for enterprise management.Under this new normal economic background,in order to cope with market competition,enterprise management mode needs innovation urgently.Starting from practice,the author expounded the current situation of domestic enterprise management mode,and then put forward countermeasures.
