我国社会药房开展药物治疗管理服务模式探究

Research on the Model of Medication Treatment Management Services in Social Pharmacies in China

目的了解开展药物治疗管理服务(MTMs)对我国社会药房以及药师的重要性,为我国社会药房药学监护的发展提供新思路。方法通过回顾国内外关于MTMs的相关文献研究,对MTMs的发展情况,社会药房开展MTMs的重要性、优势、存在的困境进行论述。结果 MTMs是专业药师对患者提供药学监护的一种服务模式,同时也是药师药房执业的一种商业模式。MTMs模式在国外已经非常成熟,其在公共卫生管理的价值也得到证实及肯定,虽然我国社会药房MTMs的推广已建立一定的工作基础,但执业实践仍存在诸多难点。结论我国社会药房药学服务可借鉴国外并结合我国情况进行探索和开展,建立适合我国国情的MTMs药房模式。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the significances of medication therapy management( MTMs) on chemist stores and pharmacists,and provide new ideas for the development of pharmaceutical care in China. METHODS The article discussed essentiality,advantages as well as predicament about the implement of MTMs in social pharmacy by reviewing relevant literature.RESULTS MTMs is a way of service that the professional pharmacist provide pharmaceutical cares to patients,it is also a way of commercial model of pharamcy practice. MTMs is a very common pharmaceutical care servie in United States,and the signifiacnce has been confirmed. Although the promotion of MTMs in China has progressed already,there are still a lot of difficulties in practice.CONCLUSION The service of MTMs in China could be implemented by drawing lessons from international experience and combining domestic conditions.
