香砂平胃颗粒联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的临床研究

Clinical study on Xiangsha Pingwei Granules combined with mosapride in treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的探讨香砂平胃颗粒联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法选取2017年5月-2018年9月重庆市开州区人民医院收治的106例功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各53例。对照组患者餐前半小时口服枸橼酸莫沙必利片,1片/次,3次/d;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服香砂平胃颗粒,10g/次,2次/d。7d为1个疗程,所有患者均连续治疗4个疗程。观察两组患者的临床疗效,同时比较两组治疗前后的临床症状积分、健康问卷(PHQ-15)评分、尼平消化不良指数(NDI)评分和胃肠激素水平。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为81.1%、96.2%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者餐后饱胀感、早饱、上腹痛、胃灼热感和总评分均明显降低,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后,治疗组临床症状积分均显著低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组PHQ-15评分显著降低,NDI评分明显提高,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组PHQ-15和NDI评分明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清血浆P物质(SP)、胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)水平均明显升高,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组血清胃肠激素水平显著高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论香砂平胃颗粒联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗功能性消化不良具有较好的临床疗效,能有效改善患者临床症状和胃肠激素水平,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiangsha Pingwei Granules combined with Mosapride Citrate Tablets in treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods Patients(106 cases) with functional dyspepsia in The People’s Hospital of Kaizhou District, CQ from May 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 53 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Mosapride Citrate Tablets half an hour before meals, 1 tablet/time,three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xiangsha Pingwei Granules on the basis of control group,10 g/time, twice daily. A course of treatment had7 d, and patients in two groups were treated for 4 courses. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the clinical symptom scores, PHQ-15 score, NDI score, and gastrointestinal hormones levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.1% and 96.2%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the postprandial sense of fullness, early satiety, epigastric pain, heartburn, and total scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment,PHQ-15 score in two groups were significantly decreased, but the NDI score were increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the PHQ-15 and NDI scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, SP, MTL, and GAS in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group(P < 0.05). After treatment,gastrointestinal hormones levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Xiangsha Pingwei Granules combined with Mosapride Citrate Tablets has good clinical efficacy in treatment of functional dyspepsia, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal hormone levels of patients, which has a certain clinical application value.
