基于HEC-HMS模型的山洪灾害临界雨量研究 被引量:18

摘要 针对山丘区小流域水文过程复杂,导致山洪灾害预警预报空报漏报率过高的问题,为提升山洪灾害预警精度,将GIS技术与水文模型紧密结合,构建流域数字水系及HEC-HMS模型,确定精准化降雨径流关系,并用于山洪灾害临界雨量确定。应用于裴河小流域的结果表明:HEC-HMS模型模拟的洪峰流量及洪水总量误差均在5%以内,可有效提高洪水模拟精度,为山洪灾害预警预报提供精确的降雨径流关系;同时HEC-HMS模型短历时预警精度高于IUH模型,长历时预警偏于安全,结果合理性较好,符合山丘区易发生短历时大暴雨的成灾特性,可有效提高山洪灾害预警预报精度。 Due to the complex hydrological process of small watershed in hilly basin,the problem of high false alarm and missed alarm rate of flash flood is caused.In order to improve the accuracy of flash flood warnings,this paper combined GIS technology with hydrological model to construct digital river system and HEC-HMS model of watershed,to determine precise rainfall-runoff relationship and to calculate rainfall threshold of flash flood.Taking Peihe small watershed as an example,the results show that the errors of peak and total flood volume simulated by HEC-HMS model are all within 5%,which can effectively improve the accuracy of flood simulation and provide precise rainfall-runoff relationship for flash flood early warning and forecasting.And compared with IUH model,HEC-HMS model has higher short-duration early warning accuracy,longer-duration early warning is safer,and the results are reasonable,which accords with the disaster characteristics of short-duration heavy rain in hilly basin and can effectively improve the accuracy of flash flood early warning and forecasting.
