VSD联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用溶液冲洗治疗慢性创面的效果分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨持续封闭负压引流(VSD)联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用溶液(rb-bFGF)冲洗治疗慢性创面的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月本院收治的慢性创面修复患者106例。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组给予单纯VSD治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合rb-bFGF冲洗治疗。观察两组治疗效果、肉芽生长状况、临床恢复以及并发症情况。结果:观察组总有效率为92.45%,高于对照组的75.47%(χ^2=5.675,P=0.017);观察组肉芽成熟率为71.70%,高于对照组的50.94%(χ^2=4.813,P=0.028);治疗期间,观察组换药次数和引流管更换次数均显著少于对照组,且创面愈合时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于慢性创面患者,在VSD基础上联合rb-bFGF可显著提高治疗效果,促进肉芽的形成,缩短创面愈合时间,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)combined with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor(rb-bFGF)in the treatment of chronic wounds.Method:A total of 106 patients with chronic wound repair admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with VSD alone,while observation group was treated with rb-bFGF irrigation on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect,granulation growth,clinical recovery and complications of two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 92.45%,which was higher than 75.47% of control group(χ^2=5.675,P=0.017).The granulation maturation rate of observation group was 71.70%,which was higher than 50.94% of control group(χ^2=4.813,P=0.028).During the treatment period,the times of dressing change and drainage tube change in observation group were significantly less than those of control group,and the time of wound healing and hospitalization were significantly shorter than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic wounds,the combination of rb-bFGF on the basis of VSD can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,promote the formation of granulation and shorten the healing time of wounds,which is worthy of clinical application.
