基于海绵城市理念的城市内涝防治研究

Research on Prevention and Control of Urban Waterlogging Based on the Concept of Sponge City

近年来,我国城市内涝灾害问题日益突出,传统的排水体系与内涝防治理念已经不能满足城市安全的要求,对城市居民造成了极大的困扰。文章从自然气候和城市建设规划的角度对城市内涝的成因进行深度分析,指出了传统排水设施的局限性,探讨了城市内涝带来的诸多危害。由此提出了海绵城市的含义以及海绵城市建设的基本思路,并将海绵城市的建设理念与城市内涝问题二者结合进行分析,说明海绵城市对于解决城市内涝问题的重大意义。

In recent years, the problem of flood disasters in China's cities has become increasingly prominent. The traditional concept of drainage system and internal control has failed to meet the requirements of urban safety, which has caused great trouble to urban residents. From the perspective of natural climate and urban construction planning, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of urban waterlogging, points out the limitations of traditional drainage facilities, and explores the many hazards brought by urban waterlogging. This paper puts forward the meaning of sponge city and the basic ideas of sponge city construction, and analyzes the construction concept of sponge city and urban waterlogging problem, which shows the significance of sponge city to solve the problem of urban waterlogging.
