摘要
本研究旨在研发出一种以大蒜精油作为主要活性成分的水乳剂剂型,能够降低大蒜精油在自然条件下的挥发速度,使其具有长效的杀虫活性。通过采用不同高分子乳化剂、阴离子表面活性剂及辅剂的复配筛选,通过对乳液的流动性、分散性、储藏稳定性等指标的对比分析,确定了3%大蒜精油水乳剂的最佳配方为:大蒜精油3%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL-40为2%,乳化剂A为3%,十六醇含量1%,甲基纤维素钠盐0.2%,纯水补足100%。该大蒜精油水乳剂各组分均对人体及环境安全,其外观、乳化稳定性、热贮稳定性、冷贮稳定性等各项指标均符合水乳剂的各项标准。
This study aims to develop a type of aqueous emulsion with garlic oil as the main active ingredient, which can reduce the volatilization speed of garlic oil under natural conditions and maintain its long-lasting insecticidal activity. Through the formulation and screening of different polymer emulsifiers, anionic surfactants and adjuvants as well as comparative analysis of indicators such as fluidity, dispersibility and storage stability of emulsion, the ideal formula of 3% garlic oil aqueous emulsion was determined: 3% of garlic oil, 2% of castor oil polyoxyethylene ether EL-40, 3% of emulsifier A, 1% of cetyl alcohol, 0.2% of sodium methylcellulose, and 100% of pure water. The components of garlic oil aqueous emulsion are safe for human body and environment, besides, the appearance, emulsion stability, heat storage stability, cold storage stability and other indicators of the garlic oil aqueous emulsion developed in this study are consistent with the standards of water emulsion.
