摘要
针对上海港海域吴淞口警戒区海上交通堵塞而导致船舶事故频发等问题,利用交通波理论,建立警戒区内慢速船舶交通波模型,计算船舶在警戒区内堵塞排队的长度以及延误的时间,分析船队的集结和消散过程,并提出解决方案与相关建议,为海事主管部门有效地指挥和梳理交通流提供理论依据。
To solve those questions which lead from traffic congestion in Wu Song alert area, this paper use traffic wave theory, set up the vessel traffic wave model, calculating the ship blocking queue length and delay time in the alert zone, analyzing the concentration and dissipation process of the fleet. At the same time putting forward solutions and Suggestions for maritime departments effective command and provide theoretical basis to carding traffic flow.
