摘要
首先简述了MTM相关概念,然后对MTM-UAS模块在产线规划和现场改善中的运用进行了相应的分析,最后就MTM-1模块在产品设计方面进行了阐述。
Firstly, relevant concepts of MTM was briefly introduced followed by the analysis on the applications of MTM-UAS module such as delivering efficient planning for production line as well as proving objective results for continuous production improvement. The application of MTM-1 module in product design was also elaborated at the end of this article.
