摘要
为探究抛光磨削工艺对齿轮磨损和疲劳寿命的影响,联合粗糙度,疲劳试验和铁谱试验对比分析了抛光磨削和常规磨削齿轮的磨损特性。对抛光磨削和常规磨削齿轮的粗糙度指标Rz,Rvk,Rpk进行检测,之后,分别对两种工艺的齿轮进行疲劳运转试验和铁谱分析试验。通过处理和对比试验数据,结合粗糙度检测结果分析,得结论:相较常规磨削齿轮,抛光磨削齿轮各粗糙度指标明显改善,简约谷峰Rpk更小,利于减少切削磨损和磨粒磨损;简约谷深Rvk维持在合理范围易于油膜附着并利于润滑;抛光磨削齿轮的磨损速度更低,延缓疲劳失效。为抛光磨削工艺在齿轮加工方面的应用提供一定的参考。
In order to explore the influence of polishing and grinding process on gear wear and fatigue life,the wear characteristics of the gears for polishing and conventional grinding were compared and analyzed by combined roughness,fatigue test and ferrography test.The roughness index Rz,Rvk and Rpk of the gears for polishing and conventional grinding were checked. Afterwards,fatigue operation test and oil analysis test were conducted for the gears of the two processes.Through the processing and comparison of test data and the analysis of the roughness test results,the conclusion is drawn:compared with the conventional grinding gear,the roughness indexes of the polished gear are significantly improved,and the simple grain peak Rpk is smaller,which is conducive to reducing cutting wear and abrasive wear. The simple valley deep Rvk is maintained in a reasonable range and easy to attach oil film and facilitate lubrication. The wear rate of the polishing and grinding gear is lower,delaying the fatigue failure. It provides some reference for the application of polishing and grinding technology in gear machining.
