精表处技术在公路沥青路面预防性养护中的应用研究 被引量:27

摘要 为了探究精表处技术在公路沥青路面预防性养护中的应用,首先介绍了精表处的成型机理和其对旧路面的修复机理,然后就某四级预防性养护试验为背景,对精表处的施工工艺进行了研究。研究表明:精表处主要采用的材料是养护剂和特制细砂,其中养护剂渗透性强、自身强度高且含有活性成分,能有效激活路面结构中老化的沥青,特制细砂强度高、耐磨性能好。养护剂一方面渗透进道路结构中,另一方面浸透并紧紧包裹特制细砂,使其与路面结构成为一个整体,不仅阻断了外界环境与路面的直接接触,还改善了路面的美观性,提高了道路路面抗滑性能;实测数据表明,精表处后路面渗透系数改良率100%,路面抗滑性能提高率大于20%,经处理后的路面满足相关规范规定的道路要求。 In order to explore the application of fine surface technology in preventive maintenance of highway asphalt pavement,Firstly,It introduces the forming mechanism of fine surface and its repairing mechanism for old pavement.Then,based on a four-level preventive maintenance test,the construction technology of fine surface is studied.Research shows:Maintenance agent and special fine sand are the main materials used in surface finishing.Maintenance agent has strong permeability,high strength and contains active ingredients,which can activate aging asphalt in pavement structure effectively.Specially made fine sand has high strength and good wear resistance.On the one hand,the curing agent penetrates into the road structure,on the other hand,it immerses and wraps the special fine sand tightly,which makes it become a whole with the pavement structure.It not only blocks the direct contact between the external environment and the pavement,but also improves the aesthetics of the pavement,and improves the anti-skid performance of the pavement.The measured data show that the improvement rate of pavement permeability coefficient after finishing surface is 100%,and the improvement rate of pavement anti-skid performance is more than 20%.The treated pavement meets the road requirements stipulated by relevant specifications.
