摘要
采用分散型阳离子荧光染料对改性涤纶织物进行染色,研究了染料浓度、染色温度、染色时间、染浴 pH值等因素对染色织物K/S值和荧光性能的影响。结果表明,分散型阳离子荧光染料上染改性涤纶织物的最佳工艺:染料2%(omf),染色温度120°C,染色时间40min,染色pH值4.5。在该工艺条件下,改性涤纶织物具有较好的染色效果和色牢度。
The modified polyester fabric is dyed with dispersible cationic fluorescent dyes, and the ef fects of dye concentrations, dyeing temperature, dyeing time and pH value on K/S value and fluorescent properties are analyzed. The results show that the optimum dyeing processes of modified polyester fabric with dispersible cationic fluorescent dyes are: dye concentration 2%(omf), dyeing at 120°C for 40 min with pH value of 4.5. With the above conditions, the modified polyester fabric has better dyeing effect and color fastness.
