探讨PDCA循环在消毒供应中心护理管理中的运用

To Explore the Application of PDCA Cycle in Nursing Management of Disinfection Supply Center

目的分析PDCA循环在消毒供应中心护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取本院2015年11月—2018年6月消毒供应中心工作人员20名,数表法将其随机分成2组:10名对照组实施常规护理管理,10名试验组实施PDCA循环法,统计2组的清洗灭菌合格率和护理管理满意率。结果试验组消毒液浓度、手卫生、灭菌物品、手术器械消毒、呼吸道管路消毒合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组护理管理满意率为100.0%,比对照组的60.0%高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心护理管理中使用PDCA循环法,可提高消毒灭菌合格率,提升护理管理质量,保障医疗质量和整体效果。

Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle in the nursing management of disinfection supply center. Methods 20 staff members of the disinfection supply center in our hospital from November 2015 to June 1818 were selected. The number table method randomly divided them into two groups: 10 control groups were used for routine nursing management, and 10 test groups were implemented with PDCA circulation method. The cleaning and sterilization pass rate and the care management satisfaction rate of the 2 groups were counted. Results The qualified rate of disinfectant concentration, hand hygiene, sterilization articles, surgical instrument disinfection and respiratory line disinfection in the test group were higher than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the nursing management in the test group was 100.0%. The control group was 60.0% high, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of PDCA cycle method in the care management of disinfection supply center can improve the passivation and sterilization rate, improve the quality of care management, guarantee the quality of medical care and the overall effect.
