摘要
以广东省GZB高速公路两个桥面预防性养护试验工程为依托,对热拌超薄磨耗层和超细磨耗层两项技术进行了原材料性能检测、工程应用以及使用性能跟踪观测。结果表明:热拌超薄磨耗层和超细磨耗层摊铺厚度分别为0.8~1.2cm和0.5cm,均可用于桥面沥青铺装层的预防性养护工程中,对桥面早期的水损坏处治效果明显,并对轻微车辙有一定的改善效果。
Being based on the preventive maintenance test of two bridge decks on the GZB Expressway in Guangdong Province, the raw material performance testing, engineering application and performance tracking of the hot-mixed ultra-thin wear layer and ultra-fine wear layer have been carried out.The results have shown that the paving thickness of the hot-mixed ultra-thin wear layer and the ultra-fine wear layer is 0.5cm, which could be used in the preventive maintenance engineering of the asphalt pavement layer of the bridge deck.The effect of early water damage treatment on the bridge deck is obvious.It also has a certain improvement effect on the slight rut.
