摘要
目的探讨无创机械通气对呼吸衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法选取2015年4月~2019年2月我院接收的且符合研究要求的呼吸衰竭患者80例,在电脑上使用随机分组系统将患者分为观察组以及对照组,两组患者各有40例,对照组接受有创通气治疗,观察组患者采用无创机械通气治疗,对比两组患者的血气分析值、并发症发生率以及临床治疗总有效率。结果观察组患者的氧分压、pH值高于对照组患者,观察组患者的剩余碱、碳酸氢根、CO2总量、PaCO2低于对照组患者,观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组患者,观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸衰竭患者接受无创机械通气治疗,能有效改善患者的血气分析值,降低并发症发生率,提升临床治疗效果,该治疗方式值得在临床上进行推广。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of noninvasive mechanical ventilation on patients with respiratory failure.Methods Eighty patients with respiratory failure who met the requirements were selected from patients who were admitted to hospital from April 2015 to February 2019 and volunteered to participate in the study.According to the method of random grouping system,80 patients were divided into two groups.Patients in the control group(n=40) received invasive ventilation,and patients in the observation group(n=40) received non-invasive mechanical ventilation.The blood gas analysis,complication rate,and total effective rate of clinical treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The oxygen partial pressure and pH value of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The residual alkali,bicarbonate,total CO2 and PaCO2 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive mechanical ventilation received in patients with respiratory failure can effectively improve the blood gas analysis value,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the clinical treatment effect.This treatment method is worthy of clinical promotion.
