基于专利分析的脂肪族聚酮技术研究

Research on the Aliphatic Polyketones Technology Based on Patent Analysis

在国内外专利申请文献检索的基础上,从国内和国外2个视角对脂肪族聚酮专利申请进行了统计和分析。结果表明,随着环保要求的不断提高,作为绿色高分子材料的脂肪族聚酮,国内外专利申请量于最近几年开始大幅增加,但国内在技术点的布局上,申请人和申请量上都和国外有一定差距。国内外都是为了改善性能的组合物的专利申请最多,从而揭示了改性技术和产品是脂肪族聚酮的研发和应用的重点。通过揭示国内外脂肪族聚酮专利技术的情况和趋势以期对国内脂肪族聚酮产品和技术的研发以及知识产权的发展有所帮助。

On the basis of literature retrieval of patent applications in the domestic and overseas,the data of patent applications about aliphatic polyketones were analyzed statistically from the above two perspectives.The results indicate that the numbers of patent applications in the domestic and overseas about aliphatic polyketones,which is one kind of green polymer materials to meet the increasing environmental requirements,has increased significantly in recent years.However,there is a certain gap in the layout of patent technology,patent applicants and the number of patent applications in the domestic and overseas.The numbers of foreign and domestic patent applications for improving the properties of compositions are both the largest,which reveals that the modified technologies and products are the focus of research and applications of aliphatic polyketones.The research and development of products and technologies and the development of intellectual property rights could benefit from the description of the trends and development of patent technology on aliphatic polyketones from all the world.
