随着经济社会的不断发展,人们的生活水平日益提高,因此用电需求也不断增长。据统计表明,2016年的社会用电量增长了5%,将对能源和电力系统提出了更高要求。计算机技术在当下发展十分迅速,在智能化电力系统的构建中和电力管理的过程中扮演了十分重要的角色。传统的人工控制法已在发展中被淘汰,取而代之的是更为复杂的自动化控制系统,但其在发展过程中也遇到较多安全隐患问题。因此,需做好电力监控系统防护、二次防护,以保障电力系统工作稳定、安全。

With the continuous development of the economy and society,people’s living standards have been increasing,so the demand for electricity has also continued to increase. According to statistics,the social electricity consumption in 2016 has increased by 5 %,which will put higher demands on energy and power systems. Computer technology is developing rapidly and plays a very important role in the construction of intelligent power system and power management. Traditional manual control methods have been eliminated in the development and replaced by more complex automated control systems,but they also encounter more security problems in the development process. Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in the protection and secondary protection of the power monitoring system to ensure the stability and safety of the power system.
