摘要 本研究采用北斗、GPS、格洛纳斯三个卫星导航系统组合应用对考试车辆及培训车辆进行精准测姿及定位,并利用先进的电子评判技术进行考核,提高了驾驶人培训考试的准确性、客观性和公正性;提高了驾驶人考试工作的效率及透明度,体现了公开、公正、公平的原则;同时也可以提高驾驶人培训的效率,规范并提升机动车驾驶人考试和培训质量。 The three integrated satellite navigation systems, Beidou, GPS and Glonas, are used to precisely measure the attitude and position of test vehicles and training vehicles, and the advanced electronic evaluation technology is used to assess them, which improves the accuracy, objectivity and impartiality of driver training tests. It improves the efficiency and transparency of driver testing work, and embodies the principles of openness, impartiality and fairness. At the same time, it can improve the efficiency of driver training, standardize and improve the quality of motor vehicle driver examination and training.
