黑臭水体的治理必须建立在系统分析黑臭水体水质及水动力特征及污染物情况的基础上。论文分析了本区域黑臭水体的污染源,以及致黑、致臭机理,并总结了珠江三角洲地区按照“控源截污、内源治理,活水循环、清水补给、生态修复”的基本技术路线治理黑臭水体的具体实施案例及成果。

The treatment ofblack and smelly water must be based on the systematic analysis of water quality, hydrodynamic characteristics and pollutants in black and smelly water. This paper analyzes the pollution sources of black and smelly water bodies in this region, and summarizes the mechanism ofblack and smelly water bodies. The basic technical route of "circulation of running water, supply of fresh water and ecological restoration" is applied to the treatment ofblack and smelly water.
