摘要
首先采用复合保温结构可以降低保温厚度的可能性,其次是改变保温结构保护层的材质,即使用黑度低的保护层可以降低散热损失;三是增加保温厚度并不能明显降低保温结构的表面温度。通过分析可得,按照经济厚度对热力设备和管道进行保温,既能保证电厂安全运行,满足《电力建设施工及验收技术规范》的要求,又不降低电厂热效率。
First of all, composite insulation structure can reduce the possibility of insulation thickness. Secondly, change the insulation structure of the protective layer material, that is, the use of low blackness of the protective layer can reduce heat loss. Thirdly, increasing the thickness of insulation can't obviously reduce the surface temperature of insulation structure. Through analysis, it can be concluded that thermal insulation of thermal equipment and pipes according to economic thickness can't only ensure the safe operation of the power plant, but also meet the requirements of technical specifications for construction and acceptance of electric power construction without reducing the thermal efficiency of the power plant.
