流动树脂联合玻璃离子水门汀修复牙楔状缺损疗效分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨玻璃离子水门汀垫底流动树脂修复牙楔状缺损的临床效果。方法:选择笔者医院2016年7月-2018年2月治疗的90例(患牙264颗)牙楔状缺损患者为研究对象,随机分为A组(30例,患牙85颗),B组(30例,患牙88颗)及C组(30例,患牙89颗)。A组采用玻璃离子水门汀修复,B组采用流动树脂修复,C组采用玻璃离子水门汀垫底流动树脂修复,1年后评价临床效果,比较各组患者有效率,修复前后牙龈、牙齿功能状态及并发症发生情况。结果:修复1年后,C组有效率高于A组及B组(P<0.05),A组和B组有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05);修复后,牙龈状态A级率及牙龈敏感A级率均提高(P<0.05),C组牙龈状态A级率及牙龈敏感A级率均高于A组和B组(P<0.05);修复后,三组咀嚼功能满意度评分、外观功能满意度评分均改善(P<0.05),C组及B组外观满意度评分优于A组(P<0.05),三组咀嚼功能满意度评分无显著性差异(P>0.05);并发症发生率C组低于B组及A组(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃离子水门汀垫底流动树脂修复楔状缺损能更好地改善牙齿和牙龈敏感状态,同时具有更好的外观效果,提高临床疗效。 Objective To investigate clinical effect of glass ionomer cement base flowing resin in repairing wedge-shaped defects of teeth. Methods 90 patients(264 teeth) with wedge-shaped defects of teeth who were treated in our hospital from Jul 2016 to Feb 2018 were randomly divided into group A(30 cases, 85 teeth), group B(30 cases, 88 teeth) and group C(30 cases, 89 teeth). Patients in group A was restored with glass ionomer cement, patients in group B was restored with flowing resin, and patients in group C was restored with glass ionomer cement,clinical effect of resin restoration was evaluated after a year. Effective rate, gingival function and complications before and after restoration were compared in along groups. Results After a year of treatment, effective rate in group C was higher than in group A and group B(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05). The rate of gingival grade A and gingival sensitivity rate increased after restoration(P<0.05). and were higher in group C than in group A and group B(P<0.05). The satisfaction of masticatory and function in teeth was increasing after restoration(P<0.05),scores of masticatory function satisfaction and appearance function satisfaction was increasing after restoration in three group(P<0.05),scores of appearance satisfaction was higher in group C and group B in group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in masticatory function satisfaction scores among the three groups(P>0.05). The incidence of symptoms in group C was lower than that in group B and group A(P<0.05). Conclusion Flow resin with glass ionomer cement pad can improve the sensitive state of teeth and gingiva, and has better appearance effect and clinical efficacy in repairing wedge-shaped defects.
