一种脱硫废水预处理软化工艺的应用

Application of a Softening Process for Pretreatment of Desulfurization Wastewater

采用两级混凝两级沉淀工艺,配合熟石灰加碳酸钠双碱法软化,对脱硫废水进行预处理软化,处理过程中充分利用脱硫废水中硫酸根离子,节约药剂用量。

Two-stage coagulation and two-stage sedimentation process,combined with slaked lime and sodium carbonate double alkali softening,was used to pre-treat and soften the desulfurization wastewater. Sulfate ion in the desulfurization wastewater was fully utilized in the treatment process,and the dosage of reagents was saved.
