湖州市衣裳街历史文化街区旅游标识系统调查研究

Investigation and Study on Tourism Marking System of Historical and Cultural Block of Clothing Street in Huzhou City

以湖州市衣裳街历史文化街区为例,通过实地调查该街区旅游标识系统及使用经历,从旅游标识系统解说标识牌的完整性、宜人性、观赏性、规范性、安全性、经济性6个方面进行了分析,同时在调查过程中随机对部分游客进行了满意度访谈。总体来看衣裳街旅游标识系统类型较丰富,整体比较规范,游客对现有解说牌的满意度一般,基本能满足游客游览体验、导引和求知的需求。但是在细节处理、标识牌维护与设计、新媒体使用等方面还有很多需要提升与完善的地方。

Taking the historical and cultural district of the Clothing Street in Huzhou city as an example, through the field survey of the tourism logo system and the experience of its use, the following six aspects of the integrity, humanity, ornamental, normative, security and economic are explained from the tourism logo system. At the same time, some tourists were interviewed randomly in the course of the survey. On the whole, the type of the tourist logo system of Clothing Street is relatively rich and overall standard. The satisfaction of tourists with the existing commentary cards is general, and it can basically meet the needs of tourists to experience, guide and learn. However, there are still many areas that need to be upgraded and improved in terms of details processing, logo maintenance and design, and use of new media.
