摘要
对无线电能传输(WPT)系统研究的热点问题之一是使效率最大化,而线圈互感值是决定效率的重要因素。当电动汽车发射线圈与接收线圈同轴放置时,互感值最大,系统效率最高。然而在电动汽车无线充电的实际应用中,难以避免的会出现两线圈径向偏移的情况。这一方面给驾驶员停车增加了难度,另一方面,由于停车位置的随机性,难以对充电效率进行优化研究,而且当偏移距离过大时,会使初、次级电流剧增,对系统安全性产生不良影响。此处利用Ansoft对一个实际给定参数的系统进行仿真分析,结合7种不同偏移距离的算例,得到系统效率对互感变化不敏感的偏移范围,并搭建实验平台对该偏移范围进行验证,证实了对线圈外径70 cm的无线充电系统可将停车范围扩大至90 cm。在此基础上,提出了增加补偿网络和加装中继线圈两种提升系统抗偏移能力的方法,并对中继线圈的抗偏移能力进行了实验验证。
One of the hot issues of wireless power transmission (WPT) system research is to maximize efficiency.The coil mutual inductance is an important factor to determine efficiency.When the electric vehicle transmitting coil and receiving coil are placed in the same shaft, the mutual inductance value is the maximum and the system efficiency is the highest. However, in the practical application of wireless charging of electric vehicles, it is inevitable that there will be two coil radial migration.On the one hand, makes it more difficult for the driver to stop.On the other hand, due to the randomness of the parking position, it is difficult to optimize the charging efficiency. Moreover, when the migration distance is too large, the current in the original side will surge, which will have a negative impact on the system security.Using Ansoft simulation on a practical system of a given parameter analysis, combined with seven different migration distance calculation, get the system efficiency is not sensitive to mutual inductance changes offset range , and set up the experimental platform to validate the offset range, confirmed to the coil diameter 70 cm wireless charging system parking range can be expanded to 90 cm.On this basis, two methods to improve the anti-migration ability of the system are proposed, including adding compensation network and installing intermediate resonator, and carrying out the experimental verification.
