Analysis on screening results of intellectual development in 1 333 premature infants aged 0-30 months old

摘要 目的通过分析0~30月龄早产儿智能发育结果,为早产儿保健工作提供依据.方法选择2016年4月-2017年12月在银川市妇幼保健院儿保科门诊进行健康体检的早产儿,采用0~6岁儿童丹佛发育筛查量表(DDST)进行测试,比较不同性别、出生体质量和月龄早产儿的筛查阳性率.结果进行DDST测试的0~30月龄早产儿共1 333例,其中272例筛查结果阳性,阳性率为20.41%,随着月龄增加,筛查阳性率先升高后逐渐下降,不同月龄的筛查阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);男童、女童的筛查阳性率分别是20.69%、20.03%,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.087,P>0.05);低出生体重、正常出生体重早产儿的筛查阳性率分别是26.50%、14.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论0~30月龄早产儿DDST筛查阳性率较高,尤其是低出生体质量儿,但随着月龄增加,阳性率先升高后逐渐降低,应重视早产儿保健工作. Objective To analyze the esults of intellectual development in 1 333 premature infants aged 0-30 months old,provide a basis for premature infant care.Methods The premature infants receiving healthy physical examiantion in Outpatient of Child Health Care in Yinchuan Municipal Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from April 2016 to December 2017 were selected,Denver development screening test(DDST)was performed,the screening positive rates of premature infants of different genders,birth weights,and ages were compared.Results Among 1 333 premature infants,the screening positive rate was 20.41%(272 cases).The screening positive rate rised and then gradually declined with age.There was statistically significant difference in screening positive rate among the premature infants of dfferent ages(P<0.01).The screening positive rates of boys and girls were 20.69%and 20.03%,respectively,there was no statistically significant difference(χ^2=0.087,P>0.05).The screening positive rates of low birth weight infants and normal birth weight infants were 26.50%and 14.62%,respectively,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The screening positive rates of DDST in premature infants aged 0-30 months old is high,especially low birth weight infants.The screening positive rate rises and then gradually decreases with age,more attention should be paid to premature infant care.
