浅谈企业如何开展有效安全教育培训

Disscussion on How to Carry out Safety Education Training Effectively in Enterprise

随着科学技术的不断发展,新科技、新材料、新设备不断涌现,使安全生产工作面临着机遇和挑战。安全教育培训是企业安全管理的有效手段之一,只有抓好安全教育培训才能真正意义上实现企业安全生产。本文通过对当前安全教育培训中的现状分析,指出安全培训中存在的问题,并提出解决问题的方法,强调重视安全教育培训是建立健全企业安全管理机制的重要手段和方法。

With the continuous development of science and technology,new science and technology,new materials and new equipment are constantly emerging,which makes the work safety face opportunities and challenges.Safety education training is one of the effective means of enterprise safety management.Only by doing well in safety education training,the safety production can be realized.Based on the analysis of the current situation of safety education training,this paper points out the problems existing in safety training,and puts forward the methods to solve the problems.It emphasizes that attaching importance to safety education training is an important method to establish and improve enterprise safety management.
