纸纱复合袋糊底机涂胶控制系统设计

摘要 针对目前纸纱复合袋手工涂胶位置精度不高的问题,设计一套与糊底设备相配合的涂胶控制系统以提高涂胶位置的精度.该涂胶控制系统采用闭环涂胶控制方案,利用最小二乘法对无补偿速度时的涂胶位置实验数据进行非线性回归分析,从而计算得出伺服电机的补偿速度,根据光电传感器检测到的信号经PLC逻辑运算处理,通过PTOxMAN指令对伺服电机的转速进行补偿,完成对涂胶位置的精准控制.涂胶系统测试表明,在涂胶位置误差允许范围内,涂胶的合格率可达98.9%.使纸纱复合袋在生产过程中,涂胶位置的精度得到了提高,满足生产需求. Aiming at the problem that the precision of manual gumming position of paper and yarn compounded bag is not high at present,this paper designed a set of coating control system matching with paste bottom equipment to improve the accuracy of coating position.The gumming control system adopts the closed-loop gumming control scheme.And the least square method is used to conduct nonlinear regression on the experimental data of gumming position without compensating speed,and the compensation speed of servo motor is calculated sequentially.According to the signal detected by the photoelectric sensor and processed by PLC logic calculation,the speed of servo motor is compensated by PTOx MAN instruction,and the precision control of gumming position is completed.Through the test of the gumming system,the qualified rate of gumming can reach 98.9%in the range of permitted errors of the gumming position.The precision of gumming position has been improved in the production process of paper yarn composite bag,which can meet the production demand.
