某商用车后下防护装置碰撞仿真与设计改进 被引量:5

摘要 针对某商用车后下防护装置在碰撞过程中钻撞量较大的问题,对后下防护装置的结构进行了改进设计。根据GB11567-2017中对后下防护装置的有关规定,利用LS-DYNA软件对后下防护装置进行静态加载试验仿真。分别以法规中规定的加载点为中心,对加载装置在水平方向施加一定的强制位移,通过对后下防护装置在静态加载试验过程中受力情况以及钻入量的动态仿真分析,表明改进后的后下防护装置在满足国家法规的同时,能够更好地解决碰撞中的钻撞问题,对提高商用车的被动安全性具有实际的指导意义。 Aiming at the problem of large amount of drilling collision in the collision process of the rear-down protective device of a commercial vehicle, the structure of the rear-down protective device was optimized. According to the relevant regulations for rear-down protective device in GB 11567-2017, the static loading test simulation of rear-down protective device was carried out by using LS-DYNA software . Taking the loading point specified in the regulations as the center, the loading device was forced to a certain displacement in the horizontal direction. Through the dynamic simulation analysis of the force and drilling volume of the rear-down protective device in the process of static loading test, it is shown that the optimized rear-down protective device can better solve the drilling volume problems in the collision while meeting the national laws and regulations, which has practical guiding significance for improving the passive safety of commercial vehicles .
