摘要
本文首先简单阐述了烹饪美学的概念,接着分析了烹饪美学在西式面点造型中的重要性,以供相关人员参考。
In this paper, the cooking aesthetics is briefly described at first, and then the importance of cooking aesthetics in western-style pastry modeling is studied and analyzed for reference by relevant personnel.
