军医大学学员MBTI个性类型各维度的比较

Comparisons of personality types’ dimensions of military medical students with myers-briggs type indicator

目的了解军医大学学员不同维度的个性类型。方法应用MBTI-M中文版量表,测量我国3所军医大学5 392名学员的个性类型,并进行一般人口学分析。结果在MBTI的4个纬度中,军医大学学员总体偏好内向I(56.0%)、感觉S(56.2%)、判断J型(66.6%),在思考T型和情感F型中偏好不明显(50.1%vs. 49.9%)。在不同群体的各个维度的比较中,仅有不同专业学员在感觉S-直觉N维度比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=15.365,P<0.001)。结论军医大学学员各个性维度偏好以判断型、内向和感觉为主,尤其是判断型;其个性类型不受院校层次、性别、年级等因素的影响,部分受到专业因素的影响,比较稳定。

Objective To know the peraonality types of different dimensions of military medical students. Methods Using Chinese M-version of Myers-briggs Type Indicator(MBTI), we surveyed 5 392 students of 3 military medical universities in China and analyzed in general demographic factors. Results In 4 dimensions of MBTI, the military medical students generally had preferences for I(56.0%), S(56.2%) and J(66.6%), still no manifest preferences in T-F dismension(50.1% vs. 49.9%). In all comparisons among different groups in the dismensions, it only showed statistical significance in different specialties in S-N dismension(χ^2=15.365, P<0.01). Conclusion The preferences of the peraonality dismensions of military medical students are mainly judging, introversion and sensing, especially judging. Their personality types are not influenced by the factors of college levels, genders and grades, still partly by the gender factor, which is more stable.
