摘要
目的探讨早期肺癌的筛查中低剂量CT迭代重建技术的使用价值。方法选取2019年1-6月于我院体检的健康体检者520例,以数字随机表法的分组形式将其均分为实验组及对照组,给予对照组患者常规胸部CT扫描进行筛查,实验组患者采用低剂量CT扫描,并使用迭代重建技术进行图像重建,对比观察两组图像质量、辐射剂量及结节检出率等指标。结果两组图像肺窗、纵膈窗均可满足诊断需求,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者CT容积剂量指数(CTDIvol)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)及有效辐射剂量(ED)均低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者结节检出率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用低剂量CT迭代重建技术进行早期肺癌筛查检出率高,可降低患者所受辐射剂量。
Objective To explore the value of low-dose CT iterative reconstruction technique in early lung cancer.Methods 500 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination from January 2019 to June 2019 were divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in the experimental group were scanned with low-dose CT and reconstructed using iterative reconstruction technique.The images of the two groups were compared with the image quality,radiation dose and nodule detection rate.Results There were difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)in both the lung window and the mediastinal window.There were difference in CTDIvol,DLP,ED between two groups(P<0.05),there was no significantly in the detection rate of nodules between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The low-dose CT iterative reconstruction technique has a high detection rate of early lung cancer screening,which can significantly reduce the radiation dose of patients.
