摘要
首次采用顶空-固相微萃取-气相色谱质谱联用(HS-SPME-GC/MS)并结合保留指数分析法国、英国两地产万寿菊花挥发性成分。以万寿菊花挥发性成分总峰面积为参考指数,对萃取条件进行优化,得出最佳条件:50/30μm DVB/CAR/PDMS萃取头、萃取温度60℃、萃取时间40min,并在最佳条件下处理万寿菊花检测挥发性成分。检测结果表明:法国、英国产万寿菊花中各鉴定出42种化合物,主要包括烯烃类、酮类、酯类、醇类、醛类、醚类等化合物,该方法前处理简洁方便、准确可靠,可适用于万寿菊花的挥发性成分分析,同时该研究结果为万寿菊花的开发应用提供了科学依据。
Headspace-solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(hs-spme-gc/MS)and retention index were used for the first time to analyze volatile components of marigold flowers from France and Britain.Volatile components in marigold flowers total peak area was the reference index to optimize the extraction conditions.The best conditions are:50/30μm DVB/CAR/PDMS type extraction,60℃,40 min.The volatile components were detected under the above extraction conditions.The results showed that 42 compounds were identified from two kinds of marigold flowers,including olefin,ketone,ester,alcohol,aldehyde,ether and other compounds.This method is simple,convenient,accurate and reliable,and can be used for volatile component analysis of marigold flowers.
