焦作市高铁经济带建设的前瞻性研究

Prospective Study on the Construction of High-Speed Railway Economic Belt in Jiaozuo City

近年来我国高铁经济带发展迅速,沿线旅游爆发式增长,商贸、物流往来频繁,带来了不同方面的利好,大大提升了城市的发展格局,推动了区域经济融合发展。高铁在带来发展机遇的同时,负面效应不容忽视,潜在的“虹吸效应”对沿线中小城市的发展提出了新的挑战。笔者从高铁所产生的高铁经济效应和作用出发,立足焦作市发展现状,对构建高铁经济带进行了前瞻性分析;同时,针对高铁经济所带来的负面“虹吸效应”,结合焦作现有资源和发展优势,提出了建设性意见。

In recent years,China’s high-speed railway economic belt has developed rapidly,along the explosive growth of tourism,frequent business and logistics exchanges,which has brought benefits in different aspects,greatly improved the development pattern of the city,and promoted the development of regional economic integration.While high-speed railway brings opportunities for development,its negative effects and challenges should not be underestimated.The potential"siphon effect"poses challenges to the development of small and medium-sized cities along the line.Starting from the economic effects and functions of high-speed railway,based on the current development situation of Jiaozuo City,this paper makes a prospective analysis of the construction of high-speed railway economic belt.Meanwhile,in view of the negative"siphon effect"brought about by high-speed railway economy,combined with the existing resources and development advantages of Jiaozuo City,constructive suggestions are put forward.
