Research progress of integration model for the elderly nursing system in developed countries and its enlightenment

结合发达国家老年照护体系整合研究的最新进展和成果,认为目前国内存在老年照护体系碎片化问题,并且在老年照护体系整合改革实践中对于“医养结合”理念的实现途径存在一定认识误区,提出可借鉴发达国家老年照护体系整合理论模型,从制度、资金、组织架构、管理、服务、信息等多层次、多角度切入对老年照护体系进行整合,破除与现行管理体制机制相联系的行业和组织机构边界壁垒,建立以服务对象需要为中心、跨界协作的老年照护行政管理和服务运行模式。

Based on the latest progress and achievement of researches on the elderly nursing system integration in developed countries,the author thinks that there is debris issue of the elderly nursing system in China,and there is a certainly misunderstanding of realization approach of “integrated treatment and convalesce” in reform practice of the elderly nursing system integration. It puts forward that we can use the elderly nursing system integration theory model in developed countries for reference,integrate the elderly nursing system from systems,financing,organization chart,management,service,information in multilevel and multi-angle. Explode the barrier of industry which relevant with current management system and mechanism,and institutional framework boundary. Establish center for service object needs and transboundary cooperation for the elderly nursing public administration and service operation model.
