摘要
某连接件是筒体部件的重要组成部分,通过对连接件受力和使用工作状态进行分析和研究,设计出合理的专用试验装置。利用三维建模软件对加载装置实体建模,并对加载装置关键零组件进行有限元分析,实现加载装置的优化设计。分析结果表明,连接件加载状态符合实际使用状态,油缸加载载荷模拟实际载荷,连接件的强度得到了保证,为筒体部件在铁路运输提供了安全保障。
The connector is an important part of the cylinder parts. Through the analysis and reseach of the force and working condition of the connector, a reasonable special test device is designed. The 3D modeling software is used to model the loading device solid, and the key parts of the loading device are analyzed by finite element to realize the optimal design of the loading device. The results show that the loading state of the connector is consistent with the actual use state, the cylinder load simulates the actual load and the strength of the connector is guaranteed, which provides the safety guarantee for the transportation of the cyclinder parts in the railway.
