国际贸易新形势下我国科技创新问题研究

Research on China’s Science and Technology Innovation Policy under the New Situation of Trade

当前国内外贸易面临新形势和新挑战,我们需要重新审视过去的一系列政策,研究未来科技创新政策体系的调整方向。本文首先分析了国际贸易发展的新形势以及对我国科技创新的正向和负向影响,在此基础上,提出了国际贸易新形势下我国科技创新政策的未来调整方向,主要包括:实施充分鼓励自主创新的产业政策、完善科技管理体制、改善产业发展的金融扶持政策、改进产业组织政策实施机制、健全创新激励机制政策、加强政策保障机制等。

At present, domestic and foreign trade faces new situations and new challenges. We need to re-examine the past series of policies and study the adjustment direction of the future science and technology innovation policy system. This paper first analyzes the new situation of international trade development and its positive and negative impact on China’s scientific and technological innovation. On this basis, it proposes the future adjustment direction of China’s science and technology innovation policy under the new international trade situation, including: implementation of full encouragement Independent innovation of industrial policies,improvement of science and technology management system, financial support policies to improve industrial development, improvement of industrial organization policy implementation mechanisms, improvement of innovative incentive mechanism policies, and strengthening of policy support mechanisms.
