急性坏死性肠炎手术治疗临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Surgical Treatment of Acute Necrotizing Enteritis

目的探讨急性坏死性肠炎手术治疗临床疗效。方法根据研究要求,所有2017 年1 月—2019 年1 月入院为研究样本的患者,均为临床诊断的急性坏死性肠炎疾病,遵循患者自主意愿,核对入排标准纳入132 例患者,将132 例患者进行电脑随机分组,分为各有66 例的对照组以及观察组,对照组患者接受保守治疗,观察组患者接受手术治疗,两组患者在不同治疗方法下,对比患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗效果优于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P< 0.05)。结论对于急性坏死性肠炎患者,让其接受手术治疗,相对于保守治疗,手术治疗能有效的缩短患者的住院时长,尽早恢复胃肠功能,降低并发症的发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment for acute necrotizing enteritis. Methods According to the research requirements, all patients admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were clinically diagnosed as acute necrotizing enteritis disease. 132 patients were included according to the patient’s independent will and the admission criteria. 132 patients were randomly divided into a control group with 66 patients in each group and a observation group. The patients in the control group received conservative treatment and the patients in the observation group received surgical treatment. The therapeutic effects of the patients in the two groups were compared under different treatment methods. Results The therapeutic effect of the patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group. The data difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with acute necrotizing enteritis, let them receive surgical treatment. Compared with conservative treatment, surgical treatment can effectively shorten the hospitalization time of patients, recover gastrointestinal function as soon as possible, and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
