摘要
为使青青岛地铁2#线海海川路站TBM掘进机过站的的同时不影响车车站上部结构的的施工,在隧道道侧墙结构施工工完成后临时设设置一条大型钢钢结构施工通道道供TBM过站站,该通道同时时作为中板浇筑筑混凝土时的模模板支撑架,承承受上部施工荷荷载。本文采用有限元软件对对钢结构通道进进行了模拟分析析,介绍了该钢钢结构通道的构构造做法、节点点做法等,为类类似用途设计提提供经验。
In order to make the TBM road header of Qingdao Metro Line 2# Hai Chuan Station pass the station without affecting the construction of the superstructure of the station,a large steel structure construction channel will be temporarily set up for TBM pass the station after the completion of the tunnel side wall structure construction,at the same time which is also used as a formwork support frame when pour concrete in the middle plate to withstand the upper construction load.In this passage,the steel structure construction channel is simulated and analyzed by Finite Element Software,and also introduce the method of construction and node approach of the steel construction channel and so on to provide experience for similar design and construction.
