补中益气汤辅助治疗耳鼻喉疾病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the Treatment of ENT Diseases

目的考察补中益气汤辅助治疗耳鼻喉疾病的临床效果。方法方便2015年6月-2018年6月于山东省聊城市中医医院进行治疗的300例耳鼻喉类疾病(包括慢性鼻窦炎、慢性化脓性中耳炎和喉源性咳嗽)患者分为对照组和观察组,各150例。其中对照组采用西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加以补中益气汤作为辅助治疗,以改善情况、临床有效率、不良反应发生率以及停药1个月后的复发率为考察指标。结果观察组的总有效率97.3%,显著高于对照组92.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.58,P<0.05),观察组出现临床不良反应的几率2.0%以及停药1个月后的复发率14.0%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.39、3.66,P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤辅助治疗耳鼻喉疾病能够显著提高其临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of ENT diseases.Methods 300 patients with ENT diseases including chronic sinusitis,chronic suppurative otitis media and laryngeal cough were convenient selected and divided into 2 groups from June 2015 to June 2018 in Liaocheng Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shandong Province.150 patients in the control group and the observation group each.The control group was treated with western medicine.The observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction as an adjuvant therapy on the basis of the control group to improve the situation,clinical efficiency,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate after one month of withdrawal.Results The total effective rate of the observation group 97.3% was significantly higher than that of the control group 92.0%,with statistical difference (χ^2=3.58,P<0.05).The incidence of clinical adverse reactions in the observation group 2.0% and the recurrence rate after 1 month of discontinuation 14.0% was lower than the control group,and there was a statistical difference (χ^2=3.39、3.66,P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of ENT diseases.
