Taking the construction of nuclear power plant as the research object, this paper briefly analyzes the centralized warehousing management under EPC general contracting mode of nuclear power plant, introduces the implementation background and advantages of centralized warehousing management, the organization and responsibilities of the general contractor and the service subcontractor, and discusses the problems urgently needed to be solved in the centralized warehousingmanagement mode.
