基于“胜任力”开展中医学卓越医生教育的探索与实践

Development on the Exploration and Practice of Education for Excellent Physicians in Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on "Competency"

面对现代医学教育的第三次改革,根据我国的卓越医生教育培养计划,在明确具有专业特色的中医学卓越医生“胜任力”特征的基础上,通过学生第一课堂教育和第二课堂活动的有序开展,围绕道德领域树仁心、思维领域启悟性、沟通领域纳百家、学习领域厚基础和实践领域精技能进行相关的探索与实践,以期培养出卓越的中医学专业人才。

Facing the third reform of modern medical education, according to cultivation plans of excellent physicians in China, on the basis of defining "competency" of excellent physicians in traditional Chinese medicine, we eager to develop related exploration and practice for excellent physicians in traditional Chinese medicine by orderly carrying out activities of first classroom education and second classroom education, and centering on five key points of establishing benevolence in the field of morality, enlightening perception in the realm of thinking, involving many schools of thought in the communication field, deepening basic knowledge in the learning area, being skillful in technical skills with the practice areas, in order to cultivate excellent Chinesemedicine professionals.
